Green Valley Vacation Rental Information
Unfurnished units are usually rented on a yearly basis. Details on all
unfurnished properties furnished upon request.
Furnished, seasonal properties (January through April) are booked for full
During off-season (May through December) properties have a lower out-of-season
rental rate. Units may be rented by the month. Please call for rates.
Most properties are single-story with southwestern architecture and desert
HOW MANY BEDROOMS?
Our units are one, two or three bedrooms.
Most two-bedroom units have two complete bedrooms, but
some owners have furnished one bedroom as a den with a sofa sleeper or day bed.
We MUST know if you require two full bedrooms. There are only a few three-bedroom
Furnishings… The completely furnished units include color TV(s), linens,
dishes, cooking utensils and other accessories needed for light housekeeping.
Since the premises are privately owned, we are unable to make any changes
in the furnishings and accessories.
You will see on our website that we rate our properties A, B or C. A
= new or nearly new furnishings; B = mixture of new and old furnishings; C =
dated furnishings. Tower Home Rentals website pictures and descriptions are
kept as accurate as possible. However, Tower Home Rentals is not held
responsible for website photos and descriptions that may differ slightly from actual
décor due to owner updates or changes.
Maid service IS NOT provided; cleaning
and laundering are the responsibility of the tenant during the lease term.
Most of the homes, townhouses and casitas are furnished with washer and dryer.
For the convenience of the villas tenants in units without a washer and dryer, laundromats are located throughout
the villas complex.
Phones… Cox or Qwest provides telephone service in Green Valley, AZ. This
service will include local and Tucson calls only. Toll and long distance calls
must be made with tenants cell phone, calling card or credit card.
The monthly rental rates outlined below are for one or two-person occupancy.
Rates are based on size, location, amenities and length of stay. Reservations
beyond one month will be at the nightly rate. There is an additional
charge per person for additional occupants. A signed lease is required
on all reservations, regardless of the length of stay.

PEAK SEASON: January through April
OFF SEASON: May through December (rates quoted upon request)
MINIMUM STAY: Minimum stay is 1 month. Reservations for less than 1 month
during peak season are based on availability and not booked until December
Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Keys
are to be picked up from and returned to the Tower Home Rentals Office.
Guests who do not return the keys by 10 am check-out time will be charged one additional days rent at the nightly rate.
BOOKING/FEE STRUCTURE: All fees to be paid at time of booking. $300
Rent - which will be applied to first month's rent; Non-Refundable Booking
Fee - $125; Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee - $100 to $250 (depending on size of
unit); Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $150 per pet.
RESERVATION/LEASE: Once all fees are paid, to guarantee your reservation,
the signed Rental Agreement (lease) must be signed and returned to Tower
Home Rentals within 10 days of receiving said lease.
RENT: Rent is based on the type of unit and length of stay. First month's rent (minus first month's pre-paid rent fee) is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, full rent is due with the return of the signed Rental Agreement (lease). Rent is based on double occupancy. Guests are welcome. However, for stays over 7 days, additional rent will be charged.
PAYMENT: The first month's rent is due at the signing of the lease or 60 days prior to occupancy. If the rental term is longer than one month, rent is due on the 1st day of each month. Payments may be made by personal check, travelers' check, money order, VISA or MasterCard.
OPTIONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE:
If you are interested in obtaining travel insurance, please contact your insurance agent.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL YOUR LEASE TERMS: Contact your leasing agent
immediately. Once a lease is signed, it is a legal and binding contract.
Tower Home Rentals will make every effort to rebook a property for an additional fee. If Tower Home Rentals cannot rebook the property, tenant must pay all rent payments
per the lease agreement. Tenant will forfeit the Booking Fee; Tower will
refund the Cleaning and Pet Fee. Notification must also be in writing.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
DEPARTURE: When departing, leave the unit in a clean and orderly condition. (Bed linens and towels will be laundered by cleaning staff.) Tenant will be charged if extra cleaning is required or for any damages that resulted from abuse, misuse or negligence.
