Tower offers a full range of residential real estate services. Our expert services include residential home and land sales and property management for long term, unfurnished rentals and furnished vacation rentals. We represent both buyers and sellers.

Tower has been a pillar of the real estate community since 1984. The inspiration for the name “Tower” came from the Green Valley Esperanza Mall clock tower. The Esperanza Mall was the first home of Tower Home Rentals, followed by a move to Continental Mall, then in May 2019, Tower moved to our permanent home with the purchase of an office condo in Madera Plaza - 518 E. Whitehouse Canyon Road, Suite 170, Green Valley, AZ.

Tower changed ownership over the years, until it was last purchased from Coldwell Banker in 2002, by Sheila B. King, Designated Broker and Ronald W. Richards.
